Level 1

The first level of Reiki training is about learning an energy connection and hand healing tool for self-care, guidance, and supporting others. By holding your hands over and above different positions on the body, you can channel Reiki energy into these areas to help relieve stress, emotional pain and physical symptoms - calming, healing, and supporting mind, body and spirit. Reiki Usui is wonderful for alleviating stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. It’s a great way to support yourself on difficult days, and an amazing practice to maintain a great level of well-being.
