Cancellation Policy - Master’s Training & 1:1 Courses

Please note that for the Master’s Training & 1:1 Courses I dedicate full working days to you. These are days I would otherwise use for treatments and other courses. As the time is reserved completely for you, this cancellation policy is in place to cover my income in this time period, and to clarify your rights of cancellation.

I ask for either a 50% deposit, or full payment as agreed, to reserve the dates for you.

The cancellation policy and terms are in place to offer clarity and state the attendee's rights in the event of an unexpected cancellation or unforeseen change. The terms below are between Reiki With Romana and the registered course participant.

Payment to reserve time for your course:

• Up until two weeks before the course start date - you may cancel your participation for a full refund of your payment.

• For cancellations after two weeks before the course start date - your payment is non refundable and non exchangeable.

General Terms”

• Under unforeseen circumstances, and in the unlikely event that a course or event needs to be cancelled from my side, any fee or deposit that has paid already will be fully refunded.

• If flights/ accommodation are required, it is advised that the participant take out insurance when buying tickets, to cover any unlikely event, or any other event where they would need to cancel attendance. 

• I am not responsible for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the attendees whilst in course venues, unless I was in direct possession of the object at the time.

• Course participants understand that they are responsible for their own personal safety and wellbeing during attendance.
